JetxCo rebrand and site design
JetxCo is the one of the leading brands for impeller jam removal tools in the personal watercraft industry. Every PWC operator can benefit from its efficiency and reliability, solidifying its position as a must-have for watercraft enthusiasts. I helped JetxCo with a new site design, as well as help to develop a strong brand identity with their customer base.
I started with a comprehensive brand audit to learn more about their brand/product and identify the areas where I could improve the overall brand experience. I also completed extensive market research to identify competitors, and strategize on how to best position JetxCo to stand out as the best choice for PWC owners.
I led research, created brand guidelines, directed and produced promotional photo & video content, and developed the UX and UI of the JetxCo website.
GOALS
Eliminate friction points and uncertainties throughout the customer journey, leading to a significant increase in conversions. All interactions were optimized to feel effortless and intuitive. To ensure brand consistency across all platforms, I developed a comprehensive design system. This included a defined set of fonts, colors, and UI elements that could be easily adapted and applied to any future design needs. Additionally, I needed to implement a seamless purchase flow and checkout process that leaves customers feeling secure and informed.

MY ROLE
I worked hand-in-hand with the founder over the course of a few months to bring the new JetxCo brand to life. I did a complete overhaul of the JetxCo site, developing a new information architecture, design system, and bespoke logo and package design. I also directed and shot video content for both the website and social platforms, as well as all lifestyle and product photography.
